Elena Ruikytė
Elena is an arts & cultural manager, researcher, consultant and project manager within the cultural and creative sector. Over 5 years experience in project initiation, creative development, and grant writing.
Consulting in development, strategic planning, project management, communications, innovative and creative problem solving for the culture sector. Building interdisciplinary and intersectoral projects that engage audiences, communities, NGOs, government and other stakeholders.
She has particular research interests in Cultural Democracy, Cultural Management, International Cultural Relations, Cultural & Digital Diplomacy.
Elena completed her MA in International Cultural Policy and Management at the University of Warwick. She is a fluent Lithuanian and English speaker. While working part-time at Darni socialinė raida, she also gained work experience at the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to the United Kingdom, as well as at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania, and International Cultural Relations Ltd in London, UK.
Member of Lithuanian Cultural Managers Association.
